The B.R.A.T. diet is just the classic diet a doctor recommends for anyone with the flu, upset stomach, or milk intolerance.

The Organic B.R.A.T feel better drink is a dairy free, creamy milk substitute for anytime you or your child is having tummy problems or is on a restrictive diet and yet milk sounds good.

I do limit dairy. Dairy is a hard thing for humans to digest and can cause allergy problems. It is also phlegm producing, so it's not something I push. I don't say no, I just provide lots of alternatives. I keep rice milk, and our favorite - almond milk around. I figure a variety is more healthy anyway.

Organic B.R.A.T is healthy anytime but especially good when your stomach can't handle difficult to digest dairy.

My favorite is the cinnamon toast flavored Julien's is the chocolate honey.
