I'm on a big fruit kick right now, and sometimes that is all I eat until dinner time. If I feel like I want something savory, I add some cheese to my fruit and feel satisfied. Tillamook is a favorite .

I like the medium cheddar - it's smooth and has a slightly nutty flavor. You can tell by the flavor it's high quality cheese.

Tillamook's dairy cows are not treated with growth hormones which is very important to me.

They take an artisan approach with their cheeses - allowing it to naturally age for more than 60 days.

Tillamook was awarded the World's Best Medium Cheddar in the 2010 World Championship Cheese Contest - that explains why it's my favorite!
